These are the home and away shirts of Portuguese club Benfica as designed by ziablo0. Benfica is one of the most successful clubs from Portugal and does not just dominate the Portuguese fan share, but also has an estimated 14 million supporters worldwide. The club’s honours list is a very long one, consisting of 31 Portugal Leagues, 27 Portugal Cups, four times the Portuguese Super Cup, and twice the European Cup (Champions League). Last season, Benfica finished fourth in the league, but this season they are working really hard to come out on top of the 16-club league come May 2009.

Based on the latest Adidas templates, the designed home shirt is red with grey as a secondary colour, present on the three stripes, sleeve ends, collar and bottom of the shirt. According to these designs, Benfica will substitute white for black for the 2009/10 away shirt. The new shirt looks to be more eye-catching than that of the current campaign. It is all black with red sleeve ends, collar, three stripes and frontal details. Both designs have six different sponsor logos to see how they would look on the shirts. Big thanks again to ziablo0 for designing them!
